A new Reader Traffic Badge has been added for all Premium level websites.  This feature, which calculates unique page views to an author’s site, is the first in a series of forthcoming analytics that will be implemented in the coming months. The analytics are designed to give authors a more in-depth perspective of web traffic, incoming referrals, buy clicks and on-site navigation.

Google Preview has now been implemented across the site.  This feature provides readers with a viewable sample of a book’s content as provided by the author or publisher to Google and is auto-generated across millions of book pages within the FiledBy platform.   As new books are added to the Google program, the links are automatically generated by FiledBy.

FiledBy’s Search Tool has been enhanced with an auto-complete feature, providing an easier, more intuitive search when looking for authors and books. Calculated using on-site traffic analytics and previous search data, the new auto-complete functionality has greatly reduced the number of incomplete searches.

The tools include on-site literature and a Getting Started tutorial video available within an author’s account management page.
